Should a warranty problem occur or if you have any questions about your home, our Warranty Service Department is available to assist you.
Coverage
For a period of one year from the certificate of occupancy, your home is covered by Homes of Integrity Construction, Inc. Limited Warranty. Cosmetic items such as scratches, dings, dents, marks, etc. must be noted at the final walk through. Cosmetic items are NOT covered by the warranty on your home and cannot be addressed after your final walk through inspection. If any problems are found during your walk through, they will be noted on a “punch-list” form by the Homes of Integrity Construction representative and either corrected immediately or scheduled for repair/replacement. At the close of your walk through inspection, you will be asked to sign the inspection form indicating that you accept your new home subject to any items needing attention and listed on the punch list form.
Warranty Requests

Emergency requests should be called in immediately to office: (912)-727-2920 or mobile: (912) 312-4504 so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
It is our policy to complete repairs and replacements within thirty days from the date your request is processed. Circumstances that are beyond our control may delay some repairs beyond 30 days. Delays can be caused by homeowner scheduling conflicts, weather, material shortages, back ordered parts from manufacturers and labor issues.
All warranty work will be done by Homes of Integrity Construction, Inc. or by our subcontractors.
When the request for service is processed, a Warranty Service Representative will schedule an appointment to determine that the Homes of Integrity Limited Warranty covers the item(s) in question. If possible, defective items will be repaired or replaced at the appointment time. If the work cannot be completed immediately, an appointment will be arranged for the repair.
Repairs will be scheduled at your convenience during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Our subcontractors are available for repairs between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Staff of Homes of Integrity Construction, Inc. or its subcontractors will not enter your home if no one is home or if the only resident at home is under 18 years old.
