Filing a Warranty Claim During Your First Year of Ownership
Before you contact our customer service department regarding a warranty claim, please consult your individual maintenance and warranty manuals for problems that can be corrected through Subcontractors or Manufacturers, and refer to our list of Home Maintenance Items Not Covered by the 2-10 Warranty.
Our Customer Service Department is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We will get in touch with you within 48 business hours from the time we receive your warranty from 2-10, Note: it could take 48 to 72 hours for us to receive your warranty from 2-10. If this is an emergency, please call our main office line or the emergency after hours number before submitting your warranty.
